I dont know but last time i checked that shop display more than 10 PSP in the glass and 2~3 display set attached on a stand just to give customer sneak peek on the PSP

i tried to upgrade my cfw from 3.72 to 5.00..everything was perfect until i try to play the games...it says "unable to start the game"...
i read the guide again and ive found out that i dont turn the kernel to 3.7...wat to do now????

I updated my firmware to 5.00 333 by myself,nothing wrong with it,at 1st also i scare to upgrade it,but see that many new homebrew software require new firmware,i just updated it.

@apsidewatch,get into recovery mode.unable to start game if not mistaken is because the driver is set to normal ...press R and on the psp at the same time.
@mist, did u try and on back the psp again? volume on muted?
@kengseng, playing psp on lcd monitor? depends if the lcd monitor has component out or not

Recovery mode = Hold the off switch for 3-6 seconds, then hold the R Trigger, and boot your unit up. You should see a black screen with red words or a blue screen with white words.

You get new features, security patches, as well as better UMD support. By saying better UMD support, i mean that your firmware would be able to support newer UMD titles that require a certain firmware or higher to run.

yeah..ooh, not to mention...some has extra features on it..like 5.00m33-6,memory hack..faster memory access xD..

just upgraded my cfw to 5.00M33.now trying to install CXMB.

Lucas : can u give me the link for the memory hack?n wat is the m33-6?mine is m33 only..

m33-6 is a patch for the 5.00m33 firmware.. Install that, and your memory stick would be faster. Google for it.
