Corong air con untuk baris ketiga terletak di bawah kerusi baris kedua, Untuk melihatnya, tolak seluruh baris kedua ke depan habis seperti ada orang hendak masuk ke baris ketiga dari pintu kanan dan kiri mpv. Anda pasti dapat melihat corong yang berbentuk leper dan berwarna hitam terletak di lantai mpv. Terdapat dua corong di kanan dan kiri.

Sorry, my mistake, blower untuk 3rd row seat terletak bawah 2nd row seat. It is not a compartment just a corong lubang. Sorry again.

On my way back fr KL, my son complained the right rear side can hear the tyre/road noise. I sit there to feel it, really very noisy especially there is water on the road. I tried to investigate yesterday night and found the noice could be coming from the place where we keep the jack. Take a look at the jack compartment, you will see numbers of big holes. Even though these hole do no lead to outside, but there is no insulation between. I believe this is the place where noise is transmitted into the rear right seat. There are many ways to solve it. We can stuff the empty compartment inside with foam or cover up those holes with flashband, foam with double sided tape. Easy way is just stuff the compartment with polyesther foam. It will reduce the noise.

Nak tanya, kalau tutup seme holes tu tak apa ke... kot la ada side effect nanti... dan tak void warranty ke kalau ada apa-apa hal nanti... nak gak keta yg senyap tp tak berapa berani...

Sesapa yang nak pasang door visor boleh turun kedai akseksori TTH Tinted Film and Alarm Audio Specialist, Jln 2/5, Bandar Puteri Puchong. Door visor eastar baru sampai made in malaysia, harga dlm RM150 leh minta kurang lagi. Leh call L.J Lim 012-250 4599. Kalau tinted lampu belakang RM50 jea. Carpet kaki jenis tebal n baik nya RM180. Kawe baru gi buat jumaat lepas. Kalau nak cover seat brand cool max, jenis kain tapi kalis air RM850. Harga boleh runding lagi tuh. Kalau nak full leather (german made) sekali ngan kulit pintu RM2800. Apa2 hal leh contact tauke kedai tuh.

Roof insulation! Very interesting. Mr P, have you done? I dare not un-cover verything bcos I am not a specialist. Just do whatever possible reached by my hand. Actually, the 3rd row side board need some insulation, I dare not open it up bcos as you know the plastic parts are so fregile. I wish I could do all round insulation.
Did you changed adjustable absorber? I feel that the rear absorber is a bit soft, just wonder if you have any idea!?

Sye nak tanya kekawan sikit sekiranya ada sesapa yang tahu macam mana nak dapatkan indicator untuk 'Fuel Consumption' kat meter tu. Sye dah cuba try banyak kali tak dapat seperti yang dinyatakan dalam user manual book. Atau benda tu memang takde. Sebab kalau ada benda tuh, kita boleh tahu berapa jauh (KM) kita boleh pegi dengan minyak yang ada sekarang dengan syarat kena bawa keta 100 km/h.

fuel consumption punya indicator tu rasanya mmg x de. dlm manua aje. sama jugk dgn radio sistem. bukannya sama pun manual ngan actual.

Function FC tu tiada dalam M'sian version. Maknanya diada dalam kereta kita ni.

Wah smliu, mcm mana u dpt figure FC mcm tu? I baru balik kg di Kelate, rasanya FC lebih banyak, lebih kurang RM60 utk 350km (anggaran shj, sebab tak kira betul-betul). Apa pun, best pakai gear manual utk jln mcm ni, esp bila nak overtake.

Nak tanya sikit, kalau nak service kat SC nak kena call booking dulu tak? Esok ingat nak gi SC first 1000km. Sye pagi Batu Pahat dari KL pegi balik dapat 520km - RM80. Memang best pecut atas h/way. Tak menyesal beli....

SC di PJ, HQ. You can request them to cover the hole with "tape kain" temperary. SC manager said have to wait for a while b4 the stock come in.

Best call SC buat appointment dulu. Kalau service di SC PJ, I think no problem kalau u pergi pagi. When I was there, 2 kereta kena reject bcos mereka pergi lewat pukul 4pm.

This round to KL. FC 20cents; RM154 for 770km. Maybe due to high speed on PLUS and traffic jam in KL.
I never get lower than 19cents until now! Maybe due to my driving habbit, too bad!

saya pun sama sayang eastar ku, but do you guys think Proton MPV boleh challenge our car or not? look like the interior is good la

I think most ppl will choose "popular" brand and popular engine capacity(1.3~1.6ltr) instead. Not many people know Chery has a good MPV neither. P. MPV already has 1500 booking b4 launching this April 15th. Let see what they have then. I would not compare these two MPVs bcos they are of different range.
Anyway, I am very happy with my Eastar, loving it!

CNF, i rasa u memang betul-betul dah jatuh cinta ngan Chery Eastar coz i noticed u dah beli lagi satu warna rich gold kan... fuyoo!!! one 4 wife ke?

I blm pernah tengok Proton Exora secara live, tp berdasarkan review org yg dah tgk live dan maklumat yg sedikit, blh la kita bg kredit sikit kat Proton Exora.

Kelebihan
1) Harga - lebih murah dari Eastar
2) Interior - Dgr citer ada DVD Player, Eastar kena pasang sendiri tambah lg kos RM1+++
3) Roadtax- lebih murah coz cc lebih rendah
4) Buatan Malaysia, spare part lebih senang dapat kot

Kekurangan
1) Power kurang berbanding ngan Eastar (bab ni bagi kat Enigma4646 elaborate, i tak reti hehe)
2) Keluasan - i rasa takkan lah ia sama luas ngan Eastar
3) Lampu depan - design lampunya tak secantik lampu Eastar (org ingat keta i BMW masa tgk lampu)

Yang lain-lain member lain boleh tambah. Apa-apa pun i bersyukur sesangat dapat mengenali Eastar sebelum i 'terbeli' MPV lain sebelum ni...

Added on March 19, 2009, 9:58 amAgree with smliu. Tak ramai sgt org tahu pasal Eastar esp tempat i ni agaknya i sorang je kot yg pakai Eastar. Tapi i balik Kelantan asyik terserempak ngan Eastar di sana sini. maybe gak sebab cuti sekolah, banyak anak rantau yg balik bawak Eastar masing-masing. Last week kami jumpa kawan lama, saja bawak anak isterinya naik keta baru. Selepas turun dari Eastar, anaknya yg berumur 4 tahun memeluk keta i dari luar katanya "adik sayang keta ni"... hmm... agaknya anak-anak yg pandai menilai, sebab diorang duduk di 3rd row... tetap selesa... my daughter lagi lah... sejak ada Eastar nak pegi ke mana-mana nak naik keta Chery je, keta Waja tu kalau boleh tak nak naik dah... hinggakan abahnya nak bawak pegi tempat keja pun tak dibagi, coz hari-hari i yg hantar dia pegi tadika naik Eastar.

Since we are in the midst of discussing the new MPV, I take a look at Paultan.org test drive. Here is interesting qoute: "On an empty road and ample space for acceleration, the ......can actually achieve some really high speeds. 140 to 160km/h are no problem given enough time and even beyond that is possible on a downhill stretch. These high speeds can be sustained easily, it is only when you slow down and try to climb back up to those speeds where it takes a long time."
It is very interesting to read the test drive report......
