Again, crap.....

My Ferdinand hunt wasn't successful as well. Tried looking on wiggy as well. They only carry Spain NN's. So again, crap.....

Yes it is crap.. but again it is all depending on marketing and demand...

That is why when a new jersey is release, it is wise to grab it earlier with the not so popular NNs first.. Buy first think later.

Also, advised to grab the namesets earlier due to 'expiration' of certain namesets. and also, to ensure that these namesets are official production from SportingID, etc, and not DIY. having said that, SportingID may have some reproductions from time to time, but very rare and only for certain namesets.

I was wondering again on boys jerseys. I actually fit Mens S size Nike MU jersey. But when I wear S, the bottom part of the jersey gathers on my hips & it does'nt look nice. So, I wear M coz it looks better. I've actually been trying to try Boys XL but the size that I always find was Boys L. Too tight for me.
So, my question is, for those who has Boys XL jerseys, are the Boys XL jerseys shorter than Mens S size? How about the chest measurements? Are they the same with Mens S?
Thanks.

IMHO, you should just stick to adult size M since that's the size you're most comfortable with. The chest size for adult size S is 36-38 inches and the XL boys is 32-34 inches. So it's definitely not the same and boys XL is therefore shorter in length too compared to size adult S.

All the important shots are taken. So no problem. Just one thing, you missed out the inner labels shot for the France jersey. icon_rolleyes.gif

Ebay is really testing my resolve at the moment. And just found last season's black kit as is the white kits with Rooney CL's numbering which is really testing my resolve. Found so many other Man United jerseys that I like i.e. the white one from 2003 or was it 2004 as well. The one with the red stripes across and looks like a rugby jersey. Furthermore it's in XXL which is the only one I found so far and is quite hard to find. Well, at least I couldn't find any.Need to start holding myself back or I'll go bankrupt. Heheh. Already spent quite an amount and that's not adding the payment that I have to make for the black kungfu Cantona kit with his name and number that I won yesterday.

I blame schmeichel7. He got me into this jersey collecting business. Hahaha.

Want to ask all pro here..

Is the UCL starball patch for 07/08 the same as the current season's?

May I know what and where would be the difference if there is? Comparison picture would be sufficient enough.

Thanks. notworthy.gif

Nooooooooooooooooooooooo, not the same. As for pictures, do a search. We've compared them before.

In a nutshell, the new season's UCL starball has a sort of watermark etching on it.

comparison on ucl 07/08 patch with 08/09

no luck, need icon_question.gif

Here's how current season, 08 onwards, looks like:

Attached Image

You can see the small starball watermark all over the white part.

Previous season starball 06/08 doesn't have this feature but everything else is the same.

thanks for the picture, now I know the watermark difference. So previous season is the same with 06/07, 05/06 and so on?

Like I said previous season starball without the watermark feature is used from 06/07 to 07/08 only. As for earlier seasons, there are other differences, not only the absence of watermark. But that's another story since you only asked for difference between 07/08 and 08/09 starball. smile.gif

I meant do a thread search not google search.

The starball you're looking for should look like this:

Since talking about starballs, I found that the UEFA Cup badge is looking pretty cool as well if not better than the Champions League's. Anyone getting it? Interesting stuff
