I stand corrected.  ALI BB just got some old stocks in for Eng H 0709, Beckham 7.
I really want to buy it. Been looking for it a long time. But I can only come to KL next month. Afraid if I wait that long to buy it, it will be sold out. cry.gif

Ello guys, I have a question. I recently bought past epl letters and number from soccer authentics but I noticed that the plastic on the number doesnt have the Lextra logos on them and the letter dont have plastic backings on them. Is this normal? Hope sifus can help me coz I'm ordering more from them.Thanks.

To answer you question, the past BPL letters don't come with the transparent plastic film. Only the new BPL lettters do. As for why the plastic film on the number doesn't have Lextra on it, it's because the number belongs to the reproduction batch.

SportingiD (the maker of BPL printing) has reproduced small quantities of past BPL white and black printing due to popular demand. These newer batches don't have Lextra written on the plastic firm.  In conclusion, the printing you bought is perfectly normal. No worries.

Its usual for numbers to not have the lextra wordings on the plastic film...besides, Soccer Authentics is a very recommended and trusted ebay seller, no problem with his products so far, IINM. just be more careful with the non-plastic letters if you wanna DIY, but i dont think with plastic or without plastic got difference if you do it correctly tongue.gif

Thanks guys for the explanation. I dont dare to DIY sweat.gif . I think I'll ask ALI to apply for me as I also need to buy & apply this season's patches on my jersey from them.Last time I only applied the NNs coz the patches were sold out.

Hi,
this is mine which I bought from R1 to compare. Looks the same. Should be authentic.Washing tag is different though coz mine is for the asian market.

haha, now we have new things to add to the list of "challenges of collecting jersey"....instead of the usual "no money" or "kenot find", we add "flirting salesperson" tongue.gif

do show us the final result!  cool2.gif
QUOTE(westthen @ Nov 17 2008, 06:08 PM)
so manage to do it without any hassle?
*
Thank god everything went fine although he's there. He was quite toned down with the flirting this time, most probably coz he's concentrating on applying the NNs laugh.gif But I was dissapointed coz I was still unable to apply epl champion patches on my MU away. for everyone's info the patches will be available at ALI beginning this Thursday. Don't finish it up guyz, save 1 for me icon_rolleyes.gif .

So here are the results. He applied them quite nicely.

OIC...that's why he was a sweating a bit when applying my Ronaldo NNs laugh.gif
By the way, I asked them about MU LS home kits but they said that it is not available locally. While R1 said that LS only comes in L sizes. Does anyone know if it is actually available locally?I have looked almost everywhere. Most of them are in L & XL size but I wear M.
If not I have to resort to ordering from United direct or kitbag sad.gif

I remember seeing the home LS kits @ Nike, but not sure of the sizes though.  You'd do well to call Nike up via the phone numbers on 1st page.

Alright. Will give them a call. Thanks!

It costs RM59 for the whole set, front & back.. .They charged me RM5 for them to apply it for me as there is no proof I bought it there wink.gif.I said to them I bought it there but they just said 'yeke? brows.gif '

Thanks for your help guyz. But donno when I will come to KL again. Hopefully its still available when I come down. sweat.gif

QUOTE(kikurazz @ Nov 19 2008, 09:57 AM)
i personally don't recommend buying womens' jersey at United Direct because the smallest size is size 8, which is quite big for the average malaysian/asian girl.
i.e. my gf is size 6, so size 8 would be like me wearing L (i wear M size)  tongue.gif

got it earlier this week - not all mine tho, i'm getting it for my mates as well

I've never bought womens jerseys before. So if I fit a size S or M in the mens jersey, what womens size would I fit?

It depends on the individual actually. The women jersey is tailor-made to fit onto their feminine body shape and still looked good too. Men has different body shape, don't we all agree?  laugh.gif  nod.gif

For me I prefer loose fitting jerseys. I cant fit S size because of my hips although it fits my upper body perfectly. Womens jersey's cutting complements the hips, that's why it is better looking I suppose.

I have question about jersey size. I currently only own umbro & nike jerseys but have never bought adidas ones. Does adidas have the same chest sizes as nike & umbro or are nike & umbro have a tighter fit than adidas? For example if I fit size M for nike & umbro, does it mean adidas size M will also fit me perfectly?

Hi, I have a few questions

1) I'm buying from united direct. 1 plain home LS & 1 3rd kit LS with champs patch only.Costs around 80pounds. Will I get taxed?

2) What UCL namesets are available for MU at ALI or R1 & how much will it be?

I was wondering again on boys jerseys. I actually fit Mens S size Nike MU jersey. But when I wear S, the bottom part of the jersey gathers on my hips & it does'nt look nice. So, I wear M coz it looks better. I've actually been trying to try Boys XL but the size that I always find was Boys L. Too tight for me.
So, my question is, for those who has Boys XL jerseys, are the Boys XL jerseys shorter than Mens S size? How about the chest measurements? Are they the same with Mens S?
Thanks.

QUOTE(plokoon @ Dec 6 2008, 05:23 PM)
IMHO, you should just stick to adult size M since that's the size you're most comfortable with. The chest size for adult size S is 36-38 inches and the XL boys is 32-34 inches. So it's definitely not the same and boys XL is therefore shorter in length too compared to size adult S.
*
O...I thought that Boys XL doesnt have that much difference than Mens S except the length. Thanks a lot for the advice biggrin.gif
