I bought my NB Hydration belt at NB shop, it's a 6 greenades pack, cost me RM 89. The belt ok, but the bottles really lousy. 4 oredi broken, remaining 2 leaking.

I think better just invest in a decent 1. The cost sure wont be too cheap.

Hi, now PACM member can apply the NB membercard to enjoy the 30% discount at most of the NB branches. Although it's a bit dissapointment cos need to pay extra RM10 annual fee, but at the discount now is applicable to more stores instead of the vey few participants outlet.

Sfax : Just my opinion, may be should get a super cushioning shoe for your training? I think better to invest in good trainer as you would run more during training.
My suggestion if you are neutral foot: Saucony T5 (or T6 if out oredi), Asiics Gel Nimbus biggrin.gif

I oredi bought the Mizuno Wave Rider 12, it's very comfortable and nicely fit to my high arch. But i think i think the cushioning still not good enough for LSD, anyway it could become my racer for long race. The weight is very light and the cushioning is better compared to performance trainer ( mine is NB 903). Next target is Asiics Gel Nimbus-10! biggrin.gif
