erm...i would say this game is a quest grind based...but the good part is you can choose the quest whereby the monsters are all in one area..and you just park yourself there for about half an hour..and on your fa bao botting system..and you can go afk and take a rest hahaha..
For my experience..i would follow the blue and orange quests see what monsters need to kill then i will accept the training quests that kill the same monsters..usually those monsters are in the same area..
