QUOTE(cloudwan @ Oct 22 2008, 02:50 PM) I don't really think it would be that bad if u keep the n/b speed at its stock speed.. Like when i o/c my phenom to 3ghz i kept the nb at it's 2000mhz speed by playing around with it's mul.. One thing that i really like playing around with phenom is that u can individually oc the speed of the cpu while maintaining the htt n nb at its default speed.. U could say that interconnected but not entirely connected haha... right also la.. it can oc the proc speed oni with keep the HT&NB in the stock speed..thats called phenom..!!! but if u oc NB too, thn mayb nid care on NB chipset temp... edit: but actually cnt saw out got anyting diff if oc NB n HT.. am i right? if wrong pls corect me.. Indeed black edition save a lot of effort while OCing No nid to go thru d hassle of adjusting HTT and NB & doing cold boot

QUOTE(cloudwan @ Oct 22 2008, 04:44 PM) Ur ocz cannot operate more than 800mhz meh?? my ocz can but i paired it with kingston value ram...thats why can't go above 800... here is some screenshot to prove this: FSB : 200 Multi : 15.5x Ram : 389mhz
FSP : 200 Multi : 16x Ram : 401mhz

What ram speed did u set in bios? 400? 533? 667? 800? Have u try setting it at DDR2 400 maybe?..
