Prescott with 90nm with longer pipeline architecture, does perform similar clock to clock to Northwood. Larger L2 cache is eventually helping the preoscott to perform better in gaming. I like the advantage of it can easily clock to 3.8GHz with no sweat. But sadly today the high clock of P4 isn't able to survive well in gaming world.

Why not try to clock the CPU a bit?I think GPU demand is more crucial for this game.Your GPU is 6600GT ?

Yesterday i got myself another 2 pieces of 256MB Infineon DDR333 RAM. Tested with my rig,they can't work well with my Hynix RAM with o/c. to 220MHz.
 The Infineon works great and able to acheive 225MHz alone. Just sad to see both RAM mix can't work properly.End up,picked out the Infineon and run with my Hynix RAM only. |
