I think stick to my socket 478 and hunt for a used or new s478 motherboard.

you are right.....cause even you can get new rig within your budget, in your future you will need to upgrade again...eg, 1gb cant
my advice is, use what you have now(unless you being forced to change). keep at least rm500. best till 800+-(can fit you a gc + 4gb ram  ) |

Old school until today just jsut sustain for light gaming,net surfing and bting only.Other harder applications are really slow.With entry level dual core can tapao the high end P4 rig anytime.Step to shift to dark is a right choice.

aero can work onboard graphic card on laptop too so not much problem
720p usually dependant on CPU surf internet surelah  add gc infuture for games |

as long as all things i wanna run can work smoothly, i wont ask for more. hehe...now no complain. but not gonna stress it before i get my lga775 retention kit for my xp120. oc spirit coming back soon. |

i now waiting ram and proc then will ready to setup aldi. get HD4670.. low power needed but do vr good job.  @dlwl get E5200, M-Atx board, single stick 2gb ram this 3 things can get at =<rm400 for new.  |
