Yea.. Google'ed it and found some people say that it works well with Intel CPU due it were created by Intel Engineer. And some say that this tools can caused around 5-20'c temp increment in compare with Prime95 / Orthos / SP version.

Anyways, just clocked my current work space PC. Shhhss.. Dont tell the boss! Haha.. FSB233 @ 2.8Ghz with 2.5-3-3-5! brows.gif Decent timing with 400mhz boost! So far so good! Everthing in stock voltage.

SATA = 1.5GB/s
SATA2 = 3GB/s
Where GB = Gigabit!

and i use external casings so i can use SATA2

since usb 2.0 is able to transfer more data than 3.0GB/s smile.gif

not sure exact number though..

U sure ah? USB 2.0 can hit 3.GB/s for the transfer rate? I thought the maximum output of hi-speed USB 2.0 was 480Mbit/s? hmm.gif

a sata2 can transfer at 450

a usb 2.0 can transfer at 480

so using usb 2.0, u will be able to get speeds up to 450 for the hdd
