Blogspot widgets/page elements may be good for beginners but when you wanna customize it more, you'll have headache.

That's why ppl say Blogspot is for noob and WP is for pro, as you're basically have 99% control of the layout of your blog in WP.

If you want to make sure the ads look good, you might have to get a custom Blogger template and edit the codes one by one, which is the killer.

So far I've only got Gecko&Fly and Blogger Template site to get the template codes. You can get to their site via Google.
I plan to overhaul my blog layout for better ads placement. Current Blogger default theme is kinda hard to customize according to my will.

Yep, I personally think that Adsense pays well, at least it's constant.

well, actually my adsense earning figure is at a ballpark figure every month la.

well i say it's constant based on the earnings in a month, more or less the same for each months.

I don't believe in CPC ads being consistent as
1. you're relying on people to click
2. each click is paid differently

on the other hand, Google Adsense on the other hand gives me +/- same figure each month. nevertheless, I stand by the points earlier that it's not logical to say CPC ads is consistent.

which now it make me think, Google probably has allocated certain sum for me every month. which I'm not satisfied with.

aren't there more specific adds, for instance mine's about gundams, figurines and other geeky otaku stuff, so adverts like playasia fits right in...

Why? Google Adsense has to maintain in your blog to increase your income besides nuffnang and adverlets!!!

Basically the adsense will show up relevant ads to your blog after it runs on it awhile. It needs to gather info on which ads suitable for the blog, soon you will have relevant ads roll in.

i thought of removing Nuffnang as well. the only reason I'm using them is just to show some support to a good local ad company............ and some side-income la, better than nothing.

both of them contribute very little to my monthly blog income.
