lately my cookie always switched off because it says something about No Sim Card inserted. so weird. T_T

Try to off the phone and take out the SIM card and then re-insert it. Usually this is caused by poor contact SIM with the SIM card slot of your phone. Did you drop your phone?

It's probably more to do with how you handle this 'cookie' compared to your previous phones.
i.e the surfaces you would put them on or ensuring no other objects are in the same pocket and stuff like that.

but i must remind you and myself to ensure that finger nails are cut and taken care of properly... am sure you can figure out what happen to mine after i cut off my nails

Well.. basically it don't get no scratches because I treat it good.. (do you WANT scratches?!). Plus if I bring it with me mountain biking or going out doing something that may involve risk of the phone being abused, I always put it in a tough Crocs phone pouch.

No the layer will not reduce the sensitivity.. I am sure that 99.9% of Cookie user pasang protective layer because it's free and it protects fragile touchscreen surface..

my cookies having self restarting when i charge my hp. i got mine since 26dec,should i go to zitron n ask them check for me?

You probably are using the old firmware, I am assuming that you haven't flashed to the newer firmwares. I haven't flashed mine yet too, but mine only restarts if I let the battery reach 0%.. so I have to charge it before it 'kong'. Yea, if you take your phone to Zitron they'll flash it to the latest official firmware available.
