Check your itemize bill first. Your gf might have subscribed some sort of advertisement company or those SMS company which required u to paid a fix monthly amount for its services which she doesn't even know about it. Check all the program she installed on the phone if they were to auto connect to the internet for updates or data transfer in its setting. Does she have a sub line under her, it could be the causes as well. A phone will NEVER cause your bill to increase, the owner/user normally does .

she just got her phone for a month and already her bill jumped up quite drastically. No itemized billing yet till sometime later. The only change since that 1 month had been her phone. 1 subline but billed and paid separately. No subscription to anything. I did play around with the GPS and took in a few MBs of data which should amount for some of the increase but I've stopped using the GPS and the assisted-GPS. Bill still increasing on daily basis. As for applications, this could well be one of the culprits but I cannot identify which.

Go to digi website and log on into your gf's OCS account. From there you can view the itemised statement under My Services section. You have to check your bill first else we can't help much .

Better send your phone for checking. Don't use magnetic pouch, not good for phone (microchip inside the phone is sensitive).

about the magnetic pouch n slide handling,
i've tested it out..
when i put the phone near the pouch magnet..the frequency of the slide handling working is much more then
it is without magnetic inteference..
so all e66ians out there..NEVER USE MAGNETIC POUCH FOR THE PHONE.

need to wait CNY end then only can repair maa..

i didnt face this type problem....
maybe u try to get latest firmware 1st...

how come my phone cannot support garmin...??is there any other free gps programme that can be supported...??? need help..can pm it to me...

Errr, mind elaborate why garmin is not supported? All of us here were using GARMIN on our e66 all this while, no problem, 'mei wen ti' .

hi all,
would like to know if anyone here use any "synchronization" software to update/syn your contacts/data from your E66 to your computer? I try Nokia PC Suite but you have to enter one at a time. There is no "import contact from Excel" feature...

secondly, anyone know how to disable the "Camera" tone?????
other than the following 2 ways?? :
1. Switch Warning Tone to OFF. <-- this way is easy but you won't get any other warning tones (low batt, etc)
2. Using patchers like ROMPATCHER, etc... I don't want to srew up my thousand plus phone...

my e66 lcd screen is cracked... just suddently cracked in my pocket.

anyone have any idea how much would it cost for repairing in SC?

I just bought an I TECH ear piece but cannot pair it with my E66.
Anyone here can advise??

I've try the excel import and export for the contacts and it works fine. Try getting the new PCsync software from nokia.

Same shi...happend to me, it`s a fabric fault. After two trys of repearing, Nokia sent me a new phone.

I think it's around RM110~RM120.. not very sure... but it's definately not more than RM200. I accidently saw the bill of another users when i'm at the Nokia Support Center.....
