Oh sorry, I mean the earpiece from the phone itself, not the headset . But, it is ok cause I think is my friend's phone problem. I try calling other person and the volume sound better .

Anyway, the battery life really suck, only last for 1 & 1/2 day . Off 3g, Bluetooth and WiFi scanning , off all the unnecessary battery consuming program and below average phone call and SMS (less then 15 minutes and 10 SMS a day). How come yours can tahan 2 to 3 days? My battery come from Korea and assembly in China, could this be the reason behind this bad battery performance?

Sigh man, if Nokia don't come out something good to fix the battery life, I might have to change phone next year when DiGi 3G start   .

yup..battery life for E66 is reali a huge problem..hope they can fix this with the next firmware release.Anyway, I've got myself an N79 laz week and prob selling off my E66 soon  ..the battery life and instability issues is reali affecting my everyday use..planning to invest in the upcoming E75..hehe

Yup, though it is a business phone but if you cannot fully utilize it due to the week battery performance, better get a more powerful phone especially if you are a hardcore phone user. I wanted to keep this phone till they bring out touch screen model for E-Series but sigh ....... such a lovely phone, what a waste .

hai.. i got e66 avaxx set 4 months old... is it avaxx can help me change my navigator button at front, cause it's faded already... need pay or free ? i never use the warranty before, and my volume button suddenly hard to press... can they also repair it ? thank you

heyyaa!! i've been using e66 for about 2months now.. i have some questions:
all i do with the phone is sms/call and surf the web using WiFi awhile.. is there anyway or any recommendations for me to fully utilise the phone more? smtg that make me cannot live without it?? what software recommended?

also, smtimes. when i slide up. screen blank.. slide back down, no prob.. can call everything. slide up, black again. what's the problem??

next, can upload themes? just dl and transfer to phone?? like SE?? newbie here thanks peeps!

Tips On 5.00.xx

Delete CardRunner.dll from sys\bin will save ~20% standby battery power, if you don't want to use location message.

I did give it a test and YES IT DID SAVE UP MORE BATTERY POWER!!   . Able to extend the battery performance to 2 1/2 days with 20 minutes++ talk time, 30++ SMS, 1 hour++ on Radio, 1 hour++ on Gaming, 40 minutes++ on GPS, 4 hours++ trying to install CorePlayer yet fail and the rest on standby mode .

Btw, anyone know how to get the ahem version of CorePlayer for e66 base on the newest firmware. This latest firmware is really killing me off . ROAR, so many ahem stuffs cannot install .

Also, any good pouch to get for this phone? The one come in the package can't provide much protection especially the top and the side area. I don't want my leng phone to get scratch .
