cool looking and macro doesn't important. I suggest logitech illuminator. If u don't mind it is not a gaming grade keyboard.

i was once torn between x6 and illuminated keyboard. my main concern is not on macro keys but i am gaming with it so i opt for logitech instead

then get the G15 man...its cool looking and its durable...non-laptop keys. the macros. u can use for other things like shortcuts to software or whatever...

YEa, i know, but the logitech illumated keyboard is fuking cool man.. and the key is like macbook one. Love the illumination. Btw, the g15 light is bright enuf? last time i use g11 it was dim and useless..

U all want keyboard to b so bright for what? U actually look at the keyboard while typing?

acutally G15 consider enuff bright when in dark..., cause too bright makes your eyes painful when you look at it..,

i mean it is not like that blazing bright, is like high in contrast, some like lycosa was too fuking dim, g11 is abit better. Dang, gonna go out and try see which is better. I love x6 light but i scare it is not durable.

Wah you all turn off lights and read books meh. I using Microsoft Reclusa (yeah low end stuff I know), the blue backlight is good enuf to play with. Infact I find soft blue light is not so hard on your eyes compared to red.
