off topic question, you take with lots of zoom or you go up close then only take?
*
This page one is taken with a tele-lens while previous page is taken with wide angle lens. biggrin.gif
Taking picture is same like rearing hamster , patience is the only key to get everything perfect. I waited there , climbing high and low for those shot. laugh.gif

QUOTE(Jamien @ Oct 10 2008, 11:35 PM)
lol, edwin, congratulations. What breed of hamsters? Separated the male yet?

@Andy: smile.gif Well, if there's air and food as well as some ventilation your Muffin will be fine. Have your started taming your Muffin yet?
*
But I think the air ventilation over there is bad , I think I must get a table fan soon. blush.gif
I'm trying my best to tame Muffin , I just start rearing Muffin today.

Just now I hand Muffin the sunflowerseed , he took it from me , it's so cute. wub.gif
But the second time , he seems a little bit scare already. blush.gif

I know I can do it. laugh.gif

*Have a look at the previous post , Jamien. wub.gif

Yes , I do switch on flash.
Anyway , A sharp/clear pictures very much depend on the camera itself.
Megapixels are about the picture size , many people misunderstand about it.

Your camera is able to take great picture aswell . There's actually many manipulations on a picture.
High Iso with lots of noise is a problem where most of the P&S camera suffers.  biggrin.gif

Try tune up the expose to 1 stop in your camera , who know if it helps ?
Yeps , I just bought it home. Muffin is so small yet , very scare of me.  blush.gif
But now he seems like get used to the place already.  wub.gif

I placed the Zoozone2 outside my room , thus the ventilation might be bad when my door closes as there's only one fan in the toilet to suck out all the smell ,  , hope he's comfortable.  smile.gif

Andy, don't give too much sunflower seeds. It may look cute for him to eat it but other food which is healthier also can ma. Sunflower is so fattening.

I think you check your Muffin first. If the fur looks sweaty and oily means the ventilation is bad. Otherwise, it's fine lo.

smile.gif He'll come to trust you. Love = Patience + Sacrifice. Try your best!

Which post which post? So many previous post. BTW where you get your Muffin from?

Haha... Well, just a common habitrail cage with shavings, a chew toy each, bottles, wheels, 2 bowls for dry food and smoothie, toilet paper roll, toilet with toilet sand. They used to have tubes with attachments but they hardly use it. sweat.gif and the attachments smell bad after just 1 week.

biggrin.gif Well, my 2 dip dip hamsters are syrians. So of course each cage has only 1 hamster in it.

Their chew toy is actually the small dog chew toy shaped like a bone. I bought a pack of wooden chew toys for my hams before. Roche totally destroyed her wooden chew toys and I had to replace hers every 2 weeks or so. She'll work hard everyday to leave a pile of wooden splinters in her cage. Ferro on the other hand never chews his toys.

The doggie chew toy lasts a lot longer than the wooden chew toys. Roche chews it all the same.

Well, you can use those attachments but why don't you get some cuter hideouts for muffin? And Muffin will automatically know how to use a bottle. He will be able to smell water and go to it, don't worry.

Actually I think the bone thing is called a rawhide or something. And yeah it's really hard. It's kinda like a thing tied into the shape of a bone. You get a lot in a container that cost about RM 11.

It's safe and Roche chews it just nicely. She prefers the bone shaped one to the long one.

They're more durable and Roche finds it more challenging. biggrin.gif

it clumps because of some chemicals which react with water and make it clump. so might be poisonous if they eat it.

Icednyior, I'm hoping it works but getting a chew toy for your hamster may not get rid of the incessant chewing it's doing. Like I say, Roche chews but Ferro doesn't. So I usually switch their chew toys every week to make them curious. biggrin.gif It's funny when they look at something that's the same but doesn't feel the same.

I think clumping litter, if eaten by a hamster, may start clumping in the stomach and cause impaction or something.

Jamien, someone sold me clumping litter sand as bath sand. It took me months to realise that because I have never owned cats before.

And Jovyn...I won't recommend anything with cotton for hamster as the fibers might get tangled around their feet or get tangled inside their intestines.
