you sound like you're giving them cat food very often? I'm pretty sure its only once a while can give them...not as a replacement for staple food.

Btw, I think all of us have the hammy in our rooms I mean changes in surrounding like maybe new perfume you use, dusty area never clean, etc?

lol...actually..i juz made major arrangement in my room...all of my friends went back for Hari raya except me , so my room became hotel for all their hammies n (mini zoo of tortoises and hammies) .. i'll spend my hari raya with hammies n tortoises. today i bought new fragrance (apple) for my room..n i try few tips juz to make sure all the hammies can accept each other ( i put some pandan fragrance to all the hammies)

you can use damp cloth, make sure you squeeze all the water out, and wipe the body.
then use dry cloth to wipe off the water on the body or use hair dryer to blow them dry. but the hair dryer must put at least 2ft away from the hamster, if not can burn the fur

If I get the OVO loft , all I need is Harry Hamster food.
What else about the bedding ? Which one is good ? 2nd cut hay ?

all living things need water, before this, i also had a problem like u, my hamster don't drink much water, so i just pick up the water bottle and gently put the nozzle to their mouth..until now, they're all ok..u can try it.

you shouldn't have rushed giving them a bath. The advise I think was to use slightly damp cloth. Someone mentioned earlier to use a brush but I dun know about that. I don't think we can use soap for hamsters...

wow....ur hamster look gorgeous....like a model shoot...must be using good camera...

I think you'd be better off getting a 2-feet tank. Although OVOs are gorgeous, they are hard to clean and its very hard to see the hamsters in there.. Speaking from experience here.

i do it on 1 piece of cloth...onli slightly wet the middle...them wipe them carefully...then another dry cloth to dry them

some ques to ask..can i stack up 2ft tank together...like one is on another one..

do they get enough air if do like that???

By the way, I am looking for a hamster excersise ball.

All I find are small ones for dwarfs, looking for a big ball that can fit syrians in future.

however, is it alright for a dwarf to use a syrian size ball?
If not good for dwarf I go buy the small one, nobody is selling the big ones.
