I think it is better for omega oil to be saperated since some hamsters don't like the fishy smell. Capsules will work wonders and can adjust to hammy's taste  |

If your hamster don't like the taste then it's better to get the non-omega 3 & 6 smoothie and buy the omega 3 & 6 separately to add to the smoothie according to the hamster's taste.
