RM 10 can can enjoy 30 days validity, but must be with pin number and not those talktime transfer.

urs still ok.. i reaload rm30 got rm15 birthday bonus.. now left rm9.21 i didnt use any of the balance for any else but internet.. it deduct rm35.79.. wat a rip off. jus now using hp on9 i guess didnt makan tat much.. i though hit target d.. mana tahu connect to computer use as modem .. a sms from digi come intelling congrat!! u hav hit tier 1 of gprs usage..then ma go check balance.. wahalu become rm9.21.. rip off rip off..... i think digi is charging us back for its months of free usage due to v all surfing free at rm25 last few months..

i do agree on their balance update is now faster .. no more lag.. and no more -ve value.. las time my i on9 on9... suddenly connection disconnect.. mana tahu sudah sampai 12.10am credit rm0.01 no more surfing..

anyway cal DCS-- they said i didn not received my birthday bonus yet wor.. and jus now was an error (regarding the rm15 in my friebies) wahlau .. they said will credit it on 6 may.. i m like "ok" sure.. the funny thing was.. yesterday my credit was rm9.21 (11.54pm 30/4/2009) .. keep on surfing suddenly my line dc, so i check balance -->rm0.01 (1/5/2009 12.15am) so no more internet for the night lor.. this morning i reload rm30 received 1 msg from digi saying birthday bonus worth rm15 been credited .. so i checkj balance again.. dont hav lor.. then i press*128# look for freebies there is rm15 credit and rm2.38 voice in it.. so i like ok.. happy surfing lor.. check balance again.. deduction began to took plc , but not from my main rm30 but from the rm15.. i like ok.. happy surfing again.. check balance again.. rm24.61 .. ok it fixed there d.. so i thought hit target d lor.. since if u plus rm9.21+rm15+5.39=rm 29.6 d.. then go back home online using com and phone as modem.. suddenly a msg come in saying congrat u reach tier 1 of gprs usage.. so i check my balance become rm9.21 pulak .. i m like wahlau.. total deduction is rm 9.21+15+5.39+20.79=50.39 deduction d lor.. correct ma? or i get any wrong? DCS is jus unhelpful always cal for english but the lady tat serve is always indian (no offense but the assent is cannot understand la) keep saying there was an error in our system soli.. but sir ur balance is correct sir.. v only deduct rm30 for data.. wahlau.. dont noe how many time i hav to tell her my case.. gonna try again later using chinese pulak.. c how..

Ya, once plugged in only RM 30.00 has gone, then the SMS came in telling me I hit 1st tier of GPRS.
Impossible I have surfed RM 30.00 in 2 minutes.

seriously i din bother about how much they measure my tier..as i on9 for around 20 min, the tier 1 gprs usage baru sms me..i din check my balance as i reloaded on my bday for rm300, which gave me extra rm150..so was like a rich bank in the balance, lost count of the credit in it already.

Well, you cannot be ignorant anymore because a lot of our credits have gone into the thin air. Unless you don't mind at all.

well if like few cents, i just biar la.. not worth my time to go complain for just that few cents

I got back my balance + interest.. Haha.. All tis after 2days of continuos harrastment toward digi by dchat and dcs careline.. Haha.. Customer power .. Rm19.86 reclaimed..

My RM 4.10 is gone. Case closed already.
It says my GPRS usage didn't touch up RM 30.00 so my credit got deducted to become RM 30.00.

We used to be deducted with around RM 25.00 for unlimited GPRS right?
Somehow I believe this is a glitch, so after the server migration, I think somehow it noticed this and I think I spent RM 25.90 for my EDGE, so it deducted RM 4.10 to make it RM 30.00.
This is what the CS on D'Chat told me because I didn't touch up RM 30.00.

But I only started to use it in March, so another RM 5 will be deducted if were to accumulate.
This month already deducted RM 30 straight.

No la.. those las few month of rm25 cap is their glitch.. So it cant charge us bac de.. It is consumer rights.. fruties u must be strong to reason with them.. I also like that de.. but i didnt giv out as they deduct me more that stated.. So must reclaim.. Ur rm4.10 is deducted on april so it is not reasonable since u d received notification stating free usage hit.. As for may how much has they deduct u for ur data?

I did tell them I have already received the SMS telling me I can use for the rest of the month, on the 1st of April itself. It is impossible to charge me RM 4.10 again on the 24th April.
I have no time to argue with them, wait till I submit my FYP on Monday. I will give them some nice debate.
The figure has no mistake just that I don't feel satisfied to be deducted twice last month.
