Yea, once in a while it will go active and stays idle after that. tongue.gif
Ambassador Plan? You need someone as DiGi permanent staff to get you this. No commitment fees and it is a lifetime line. smile.gif
Every month free RM 50 to call/SMS/MMS any DiGi number. smile.gif
RM 0.13/minute to all networks. biggrin.gif FnF still applies.

oh i thought i told my problem ady last time.

I'm staying in one of the hostels in UTM. So naturally it should be considered as in campus la rite?

well apparently that's not the case. If i call from my room, i'm charged as off campus rates, i.e. 36 cents/min.

I've called Digi and went to OCS to claim the credit each time i call from my room, till i got damn sick and tired of it.

kept asking if it'll be fixed, was told yes. But i guess it's never gonna get fixed la.. doh.gif

LYN as well? laugh.gif
Anyway, EDGE is a good bet if you just wanna use it for light surfing. So far the users are satisfied because of the stable and constant speed they are getting.

u know wat's the damnest irony?

i can surf redtube.com AND download from it.. srsly wtf is wrong with UTM i dunno doh.gif

Ya, i just wanna surf LYN and become LYN-tard and check mah mail. recommended?

laugh.gif Weird university. tongue.gif
Yes, recommended. smile.gif It is stable and constant but the drawback is a little bit slow, still acceptable actually. smile.gif
Most of the users are satisfied with DiGi EDGE. Just give it a try, after all it is gonna take up only RM 30.00 per month!

I'm not sure of the exact speed difference but I think EDGE is twice faster than GPRS. smile.gif

ya.. tell me about it.. nama teknologi, but... oh the irony..

Ok, so how do i start? i'm planing to use my Nokia 6020 as the modem. I guess i'll need to buy the usb adapter then.
Think i can get a second D'Campus Sim card ar? i don't wanna split it la..

Yes, you need a USB adapter. smile.gif
No, you can't get a second D' Campus SIM card for you as one student ID and I.C. will only allow one SIM card.
Alternatively, you can use your friend's details if he/she allows. Just promise him/her not to commit any illegal offences using his/her details. laugh.gif

laugh.gif same idea i had..

Err. Just put in your SIM card to the phone and plug in to your computer. Then establish your phone as modem and you are connected then. Of course, make sure you have sufficient credit in your phone first. smile.gif
*
So it will just deduct the credit, until a max of 30 bucks per month?

i dunno what charged me so much, but my credit suddenly went from 25 to 7.. I was wondering if it's charged for the EDGE, but i don't think used that much, cos i only used via my phone to online..

checking out at DiGi to see if can check the transactions or not..

Call in zone then keep talking till 19 bucks? they refund the 18?

no don't think so. Anyway, calls are only limited to 40 minutes per call. at precisely 40:00 they'll cut off the line. Dunno why, but i'm totally ok with that. Reminds me not to talk too long tongue.gif
