Anyone facing problems about adding new contacts?

I have no idea why i cant add new contact. Everytime press save but end up also never save.

i updated my iphone which unlock using turbo sim, after that i realise it cant be use...what should i do?

i upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2 ....:S

so now i have to wait for a new turbo sim?

One of the important instructions for iPhone 3G users who wanna update to 2.2 but still have the desire  to unlock it in the future is not to jailbreak the iPhone using quickpwn ( this is the best way i can put my words! ), but use pwnagetools instead. this is mainly because of the baseband??! thingy.

Ive JB my iphone using the pwnage tools --> simple mode( dun have the balls to use the advance mode ). So, say in the next 2 weeks, they ( dev team ) come out with a way to unlock iPhone 3G, will it be ok for me? or, does the "important instruction" only pointed to those who JB their iPhone 3g using pwnage tools + altering something advance mode that wont disturb the baseband.

i hope someone understand what im trying to say!

I'll be getting my Australia Prepaid (Optus) iPhone 3G this CNY. An unlock request have been put in to Optus/Apple. Should get it around 23rd Jan. The unlock process will be done in Australia/Malaysia depending on when the sms from Apple is receive.

I read that even officially unlock Australia set can be lock back later when we tried to update. I read this AFTER i cfm with my fren to purchase the unit. I did a search and sure enough there r such cases. Just to cfm, my option if this happens is to request for another unlock (submitting IMEI & model num) OR use yellowsnow to unlock. Correct?

I have also been preparing to JB the phone. Downloaded both pwnagetool 2.2.1 and quickpwn 2.2.

1. Which is better? So far its a split between the 2 as I read the forum. But it seems to me that quickpwn install both Cydia & Installer, while pwnagetool allows you to choose one or the other or both. And some of u actually advise against Installer as its unstable. So if dont want Installer, the only option is pwnagetool right?

2. I have read the iClarified instruction page. Since my iPhone has the latest version, do I still need to use the customer firmware? A little confuse about this custom firmware (probably trying to absorb too much in as little time as possible).

3. If the JB didnt go smoothly, do I just re-JB again using pwnage or have to restore using iTunes and JB?

Q: Lets say i use pwnage now, and created the custom firmware (did i write customer??), and later down the road, after installing some 3rd party apps, something went wrong. I can just use pwnage again with the customer firmware to restore the iPhone to where it is now? Skipping iTunes altogether?

Will report back once I get my hands on my 'baby':) 2 more wks to go:(

tried both but still not working....tried with simcard inserted and no simcard, still no changes..

already JB for seventh times, using quickpwn, winpwn, ziphone....
