itunes automaticly make a backup for me

if i want to restore contact number, notes, and calender , do i just click restore from back up or setup as new phone?

i ask this because i have read when he restore, all his picture etc are gone

i recommend restore.
iTunes will restore your iphone from the last time you connect your iphone to iTunes including contact, message, pic, settings and etc.

i must say.... the threads now are running smoothly....

anybody knows why my iphone keep on change to "SAFE MODE" and a message pop up say my spring board is crashed and need to reeboot d phone.....its happening very frequently.

pls help some one....

someone here mention this SAFE MODE before.. but d4mn I totally forgot who..
