at least as far as I m concerned, my battery does not being better, but worst. Not to ridicule Apple or others experience, but just expect some abnormality may happens

that's good to know, i guess lucky for me..im a mac user! and soon to be iphone user as well..haha less than 24 hrs! apple for life!!

thanx for the heads up. i guess with every gadget there are drawbacks. However, Apple products are one of kind! using a mac now and totally changed my preception towards Apple after using windows for more than 10+ yrs! go Steve Jobs!

WinPwn 3.0 Update (09/14/08)
It's been very busy for me recently at work and I haven't had much time to spend on WinPwn.But i'm hoping that planet/squpid and I can get the latest version out soon. I will keep you updated!

Yup..Mac OS installation are that size. Same goes to OSX 10.5 unless you downloaded the 4GB version.

for official unlock 2.1, I think better use quickpwn. Faster and easy.

for 2g better go pwangetool but for 3g nothing wrong with quickpwn bcos after pwn u don't need to restore to custom firmware and is good for newbie.

Yup..all good. Mac Quickpwn is good for 3G iphones.

the easiest and quickest is to download a customised, ie, unlocked ipsw file. click shift + restore, and you're done. that's how i updated my 2G from 1.1.4 to 2.1 directly.....
