so now wat window to isntall? window vista ultimate with sp1 or ? i use xp3 *ahem* canot install ..

you need skill to install XP, refer to the first few pages maybe you will find the solution

anyway, you have 4gb ram, just install vista

if i install vista ultimate ahem ok onot? mine is 4gb 667mhz

home premium is good enough, ultimate only got some candy stuff, but it runs 1000 threads at idle, --- home premium only 8xx

Ultimate got the most services, processes and threads, which in the long run will affect battery life coz CPU more busy at idle

then which u would like to suggest? home premium ahem?

the normal carrying in warranty is RM199 or RM249 for on-site pick up for a total of 3 years labour & parts warranty

take XP lor but the screen brightness adjustment will not work, somemore you may need to do some adjustment in the BIOS

vista ultimate best for gaming oso?

there is some M$ games like texas hold'em poker which is only available through Ultimate Extras...

you can purchase it within 3 months from your initial purchase date, means you can still buy it. Just call HP hotline 1800 88 6998 for more info
