if you just go Celcom branch, might need to wait a long time.
because they simply don't bother. if they bother, also within 24 hours can complete

You need to go to Celcom Service Center to verify your college/university before they extend your validity to 26 years old.

to nonUOX celcom user, i think atm u need to do double prting, from xpax to other to UOX.
so far there is no news about directly porting from xpax to uox.
did u mean bluecube? hmm.gif
the obvious benefit compared to bluecube is the rate, call and sms..
if i not mistaken, blucube is 15 sen/minit to only 20people (teman 20)
while for others, 30sen something/minit.
uox is 15sen/minit to all numbers nationwide. thumbup.gif
