Then the nearest branch would be in Cheras.
The UOX rocks except it doesn't allow you to switch from normal XPAX to UOX though other carriers to UOX is possible hmm.gif
I had a 013 but had to buy a new number.

OT. Is there any chance to let people know my number if they were calling to the old one ? Like automatic respond saying "I've switch to this number bla bla bla". My old was 013 but it is on Digi.

You can port your 013 to UOX too. No need to change number.

But the Celcom Care Line told me I couldn't sad.gif . May be now is allowed.
Anyway, I'm now with new number biggrin.gif and enjoying the great deals from UOX. HAHA

Why not? You can port from other network to UOX, but you cannot port from any Celcom plan to UOX.

No idea, man. That's what the Careline told me. I'm sure I clearly stated that I'm using Digi with 013 number but they persist I couldn't. If I could I would keep the number and port to UOX.

would it be in walking distance from the LRT?
or i would need to take a taxi?
im seriously blind when i reach cheras.. doh.gif

He He. Sorry, I don't remember the exact location too. My friend took me there by her car so no idea if it's far from LRT Station or not. Better call to 1111 and get the direction.

But what I remember is, it is near Cheras Plaza or something..

have same issue as you . but i'll just wait till the supposed expiry date of the credit and see how it goes
*
You'll need to wait for 2/3 days to get your free credit. For expiry date, mine also shows like that but I believe it won't go expire on that day. Why don't you give Careline a call and solve out the problem brows.gif

I need help here. If i want to switch to UOX from my current prepaid (DIGI), can I still use back my old number, 016xxxxxxx.?

What if this 016 number, its not under my name, but under my dad's name. How? Can i still switch? Thx.
*
Your number will be the same as before. But once you have ported to UOX, your number will no longer be able to use on Digi's Network unless you port it back again smile.gif .

For the second question, I guess you gonna need your Dad's IC copy.

Guys, I think they really do the verification because 3 days ago, I came back from my country and found out that my UOX line has Network time expired. I straight away went to the booth in KILA and they told me mine is under verification process. So, in the mean time, I'll be using with UOX rates but there will be Network time expire (2 weeks, I think).

no use go to booth, they just won't do the verification.
must go to Celcom branch, they will straightly do the verification and you will have full validity.
*
Ya of course they didn't do the verification but I was told I should to the branch.
