is there any way for us to verify other than going to the ccelcom centres n show them our ic?? i mean like we email them the photocopy version of our ic, more convenient...
*
no harm if u try it first.. nod.gif
but i'm afraid whether they will bother those emails.... whistling.gif
i once send one through online customer service and get no answer.... sweat.gif
then opt to go to centre...
it might be a bit leceh, but when u get the extreme long validity, the effort to go there will be worth! icon_rolleyes.gif
trust me...haha thumbup.gif

QUOTE(8310 @ Jan 31 2009, 01:38 AM)
how long r going to tk if i post to uox??
*
they might say 3-5 days, but many cases only take <24 hours.
unless u a bit unlucky, porting during most staffs still on holiday... whistling.gif

uox still can port in now? i called celcom and ask their dealers that porting in is not possible anymore for uox. is it correct?

plus the validity now is only until age 25, not 26?
*
u call celcom centre or what? how can the dealers answering u then...
so far never heard about that..and i think there is no such news in their website...
about the validity, it should be 26. if u r 25 and X months, so u'll get the few months validity (until ur 26 bday)

personally, to me i prefer go straight to centre (regardless time/distance factor) since i think if we go to bluecube/branch, later all our particulars still will be submitted to centre for processing purpose. its like they are only middle party. this is if u want its processed faster.
