nope, the HYC use 30 seconds block...
u might be true, it all depends on what most of ur contacts are using. if celcom, its good to use uox, but if maxis, its HYC. if 50-50, its still hyc.  |

last time, only 1 uox number for 1 ic. so i guess u need to port out that number u dont want to others, and then port in the number o like to uox
