i think u mean XPAX, not Upax
Upax = UOX.
upax is the original name i think, before its rebranded to UOX.

yes u can. i think every xpax user use this method to port to uox.

is should be still available afaik. just go to ur nearest celcom centre to do the MNP. or maybe certain outlets...
