if u accidentally being put in xpax, that means its celcom staff faults, so they should correct their mistake by transferring u in the uox back.

ofcourse uox can use 3g, after all it still under celcom.

Just wonder how the rate for UOX calculate?

UOX 15cent/min. How many seconds per block?
Or each block is a minute?
Coz I remember I made a short call, credit dropped fast....
*
it use 30 seconds block.
1 minute 15 cents, half minute 8 cents...afaik. smile.gif

i choose digi prepaid..
i dont know why they dont allow me to port to celcom..
will post the message that i have received by digi shortly

its quite surprising to me to hear this, since digi always touted as giving the best customer service... hmm.gif
at least they should give u a reason/ excuse right...

used for few months...UOX still have expired date for crdt...not reliable...
*
u should just go straight to centre to verify ur age...
unless u are patient enough to wait them updating itself, and that if only celcom have ur details.... tongue.gif

Just signed up for UOX today! XP I came here cuz' I was wondering why they say my credit expires 1 month from today. And then I see that others say it takes time for Celcom to update. =)

And I've got a question.. I still maintain a Digi account now. Let's say next time I want to port my Digi number to UOX, then how? Because one person can only have one UOX account, izzit? Is it possible to cancel this 013 number and then I port my 016 to UOX? Noob here.. lol~  sweat.gif
*
i afraid u cant do that as for now...not sure in future though...
alternatively, maybe u can change ur digi number's ownership...before porting to uox...

mr jaxx, let me get it clear.
u went to centre to buy new uox starter pack, then after get it, one staff told u about ur previous porting problem, and promise u to solve it. its like that, right...

so, things already happen, but why dont u immediately told that staff that u were just owning a uox number. if u told that, at least he can try to find a solution at that time.

after all, it looks like the staff is very willing to help u, so even if u tell them about the situation after this, i am sure they'll help u to fix this. smile.gif

if not, then u can opt to change ownership of the new uox, maybe to ur younger siblings, or offering to ur fren who didnt use this.

honestly, i think celcom can settle this on their own (its their own fault at the very beginning..). smile.gif

hmm....seems there is defect in their system.... biggrin.gif
and if u didnt tell them u have two, what will happen?is either one will automatically terminated or what...
