NOOOOOOOO you can spend so much on everything else but you got urself a Coolermaster PSU??

What is wrong with that PSU? That is a Real Power Pro 750W, and is a true power PSU (900W peak).

Too bad because I cannot feel the excitement of DX10 when playing crysis... Its worked with XP x86/x64 but not with Vista x64 and x86.. arghh.. any other hd4850 GS users having the same problem with me??

will try crysis warhead when i come back from vacation. i haven't bought my processor... current using borrowed E2160 OCed to 3ghz

the XLF fan not very bright just nice.. the lights u can see in the case is white... but now my casing a lot brighter.. notice all the fans there. i got 5 red led cooler master fan installed. my fren say my PC datang haid =.= night time my room red red punya =.=

Again, I ask you guys, how can we detect a good card by a bad card (those black screen's speaking...) , but without test the card into a Pc.
Maybe with same special numbers of SN ?
And other question, how much OC can suport an hd4850 Gs?
Can it hold 800/2400mhz?

Just get the the new ones from one the dealers here. They definitely have the newer batch which are fault free.

daTUK_SErI, managed to get it working on DX10. Though performance seems not so good compared to XP.

how high it can oc? not sure..but not sure can reach 800/2400 btw y do u even need it that high :/ btw congratulations to all the current winners..hope everyone is enjoying it like (well, my parents r using them ) btw DX10 only is usable in Vista..ooh yeah, games in DX10, looks way better for me

800mhz > 4870's stock mer . but sure bottlenecked by the memory even at 2400 though..

good or bad card is not easy to spot..usually you see who's the distributor and what brand are usually prone to produce bad cards..


p/s : and hell yeah Gainward is a darn good brand....too bad mine aren't the GS edition...lazy wanna trade it to GS.....but it still works great..!

well u can't say like that too..even sapphire do have bad chips sometime..so does Asus..it depends on luck actually..hardwares..r unpredictable

yeah...but chances are...if u buy from Gainward at least got 1 to 1 exchange...
