Hello everyone, I'm from Romania, and also i have similar problems with this Gs card (black screen's for a few seconds). I sent the card to the waranty, and I don't know what card I should get instead of that ( the same model?, but without this problems I hope, or a 9800gtx+, which is not soo fast like a 4850 GS?)
So I ask you guys how to detect a bad card from a good one?

CM690. 12cm blowing the GC at the side panel. Temp was about max 55C according to Riva Tuner when I was playing the game.
Err, should be. Mine crashes very fast (some black screen on and off and then crash sad.gif ). especially when the fan is at 55% lol. It'll take just minutes. My friend manage to get his to run at 30minutes. Don't know why he ran it that long lol, maybe he forgot to turn it off.

Exactly, I experimented this thing too, when I try to cool much better the card, try to aplyy much more ventilation, and his fan over 50% I HAVE MANY BLACK SCREENS, but when I shut down some parts of case ventilation, and put his fan on auto, I have less black scrrens.
THAT'S EXTREMLY WIERD !

Again, I ask you guys, how can we detect a good card by a bad card (those black screen's speaking...) , but without test the card into a Pc.
Maybe with same special numbers of SN ?
And other question, how much OC can suport an hd4850 Gs?
Can it hold 800/2400mhz?
