That's not the black screen wor. Blackscreen for the 1st batch is the screen going black all the sudden like no signal to lcd then comes back on. And sometimes sort of flickers lol. The VPU recover won't kick in usually.

just received my 4850GS from netraid yesterday

great service and fast response i would like to say and altho i send the card late but they still give exception for me thank you very much

tested the 2nd batch card yesterday, idle temp is around 4-5c better than the 1st batch.. load temp is almost the same. The more important is no more blackout issue

fuel price drop also a bit only..................last time wen oil price is USD80/barrel, fuel was RM 1.92. now is <65USD/barrel, & the fuel price..........u do the math.........
only fuel drop a bit no use, electric nvr drop, public transport fee & food price all nvr drop........

Black screen of death? Haha that's abit exaggerating, but yeah I did make a lengthy report on it lol. I got the first batch card.. so most of us experienced what I had too. Mine's the first case of RMA, lucky me

Yeah still RMA. Right now Netraid is moving to their new office, so they can't do any arrangements or updates for me about my GC. I was expecting a response this week, but now tangguh to next week d. Gosh, thank goodness still got series of TV shows and EPL action to save my sanity.

Awww very nice of you Lacus, but they're moving now for 3 days. I don't think they're open for business nor have the time to check due to the data and files all boxed up d. I don't mind waiting till next week, but I'm getting tensed up for next week cause my final exam results is releasing then.
