hmm.. how much is the rate for mutiara hotel?

Not sure how much is the actual rate for the hotel alone as I bought ground arrangement package which was about RM400 per person.

My parents stayed there, and they didnt have nice things to say about that. Try Arion Bel or something like that on AA. It's a four star hotel and got good reviews on Tripadvisor.

Hi all..

Nothing you can do if u want to spend ur day in Bandung for 5/6 days. Unless u wanna go to Jakarta. I went there last August. for 3 days. 2 days i spent for shopping at FOs, & Pasar Baru. Rumah Mode, the best FO in Bandung. That's what I think lah.

yes.. i read about it too.. that's y i tot mutiara is out...
confusing is.. ArionSwiss belhotel have different rates in different websites.. which is confusing..
anyway, i'll make a call tomorrow to book.. if the price is too steep.. then i'll have to find another hotel..

yea.. im planning to go to jakarta also.. mostly 3 days can cover the crater and most FOs.. so then.. maybe i'll plan a day trip to jakarta.. or maybe stay a night there.. i'll have to check my schedule..

went to bandung last month...i stay at hotel sukajadi and the price is reasonable for me, break first provided for 2 person. If u feel bored at night, u can just walk out from the hotel because Paris Van Jaya is just nearby and that place is very happening at night.
Spent 2 days shopping around there, i book a driver and he can bring you wherever you want to go ( if u want his contact, i can provide it to you).

HI, I plan to go Bandung from Jakarta, then from Bandung to Yogyakarta. The transport would be train, i hope.

Anyone know how to book the train ticket? The website of the indonesia train (P.T. Keretapi) is ###. They said they have online reservasi but need to call.....

Last time in Mac, my group went to Yogyakarta-Bandung-Jakarta by train. Worst experience when the executive coach from Yogyakarta to Bandung was fully booked and had to endure the low quality of coach-no aircond, people smoke vmad.gif
But pleasant experience taking executive coach from Bandung to Jakarta, fully aircond, refeshment cake and mineral water.
Tips- go to Jakarta on Saturday and Sunday only if you want to avoid heavy traffic jam. Jakarta traffic jam so bad unless taking bus.

Yeah. Got back from Bandung and Jakarta 3 weeks ago. 10 of us so it was FUN!

Arrived at Jakarta and we straight away looked for a van that can carries all of us to Bandung
900 000 rupiah - and the driver even helped us look for hotels in Bandung (since we're pretty much try&error there).

anyways, in bandung, we stayed at Rorompok Hotel in Jalan Dago. (clean, convenient place) since its near to most of the factory outlets = no need to find transport to jalan2 there.

went to almost every f.o we could fidn

but on 3rd day. we went to Tangkuban Perahu. If u ever visit Bandung, try go there. its a breathtaking place. smile.gif each person masuk 35 000 each. the rest r free unless u want them to bring u guys DOWN there (gotta pay alot , 200 000 rupiah per hour and they tried to sell u alot of stuff with UBER HIGH price - and my advice is NOT to buy from them at first. coz when ure about to leave, all the price dropped instantly.)
