yup, that's what i read in rh... by enablin it will reduce d oc'bility of ya chip... so d sideport mem thingy is actually a redundant feature if u have a discrete gfx card...

same only bro, just that it's d case of 64mb vs 128mb ddr2 sideport mem...

no other improvement ah_khoo?
maybe tweaking the ram?

biostar 790gx chipset mobo can oc better , no only phenom can oc better ..old am2 athlon x2 also oc better. i saw some from rebel haven there edy got ppl can oc 5k be oc with 450htt (6.5X450)

ah-khoo phenom is 9550 b3 and urs is 9500 b2 ...i no think ur b2 can clock very well as ah_khoo b3
can try lo ..who know maybe can ....

hi mate, from what i read, 790gx boards will clock those phenoms which can't do well on sb600 boards. if ya chip doin pretty well on a sb600 board, there won't be any significant improve of mileage (like my case thou my 9550 ain't top of d notch). my advice is dun ever use aod for adjustin htt, most of d time u'll have bsod of freeze screen. manual oc in bios still d best. what board ur runnin ya b2 on?

yup, d highest htt done on 790gx a2+ is 450 w/ a 5k b.e. my b3 not so well lah bro, if u go xs u can see a lot can clock higher.

Btw,Nehalem(Bloomfield) is an extreme edition,thus not right to compare with Deneb.But who knows..Furthermore,The bloomfield is somehow slower than Penryn in some games..still..
