but i was concern over condensation to the whole mobo

u could jes insulate the surrounding area
but if u put ur whole mobo under refrigeration
how do u insulate?

looks to me that your E8400 has more oc headroom to push sure can do 4ghz without any problem

u have a pretty similar setup like me.
i also have the Hyper 212 and the E8400 E0 but i can't oc it to 4ghz due to my value ram.
