Added on September 25, 2008, 2:12 pmA pretty cool mod today in Cydia called Un-Unlockable through the ModMyi source. What the mod does is make your “Slide to Unlock” transparent. This means that it will not show up on your lock screen. Instead, you still just see your wallpaper on your lock screen. The “Slide to Unlock” is still there and you still have to slide to unlock your iPhone…you just cannot see it.

It would definitely keep people out of your iPhone who do not know how to use one!!

Great! i will download un unlockable and give it a try. Beside that, there is a new application call Tab to Unlock. I installed already... quite conveneint if you like to tab the screen instead of slide

anyone knows how can i revert the fonts back to the original font ?

After installing the Un-Unlockable not only that it does not turn into invisible mode, the "Tap to Unlock" is overlapping my "Slick to Unlock" bar. I have Uninstall the application and the problem still persist. Haiz , no idea what to do now, gonna do a restoration for my iphone.

Cuba Try test. If it drains your batt, then don't use.

SHH, leaving the wifi to "Not Connected" and extremely screen brightness are the number one culprit of battery draining.

One problem though, i don't seem to be able to change my telco icon (again!). Used the same way i've posted recently but don't seem to work. Have things changed on 2.1? I doubt so. But why isn't it working? Any idea?

Turning off SSH to conserve battery power is just a myth (i also thought that too last time). SSH does not consume any power when not in use. So leaving it turn on wont effect the battery, it's a security issue to leave SSH turned on if u didn't change the default root password. People can access your phone if u were online using wifi and they know your IP.

i-FunBox can't do symlink. Use WinSCP/SSH to create symlink.
