no la, KK ppl not as rich as KL ones, but becos ICE more popular there in KL, a lot of ppl using low ends, but in contrary more ppl using hi end too. KK ICEr not so active, onli during weekends night in certain areas onli can hear someone blasting. No TT or any gathering as far as i know, or maybe they r too secretive.

Try not to jump into a conclusion so easily. After all the new member involves in the issue loose nothing but his face to his friend.

We get such complaint once a blue moon and it's very normal. There could be many reasons for such misunderstanding but we always try not to blame anyone especially the customer. As a business entity we accept the fact that we have to take all the blame.

Lastly, after an indeep investigation involving all parties, we decided to appologize to somebody2507 not for his uneasy experience, but for wasting his time in our outlet and in the forum.

actually how you will get into this shop a? keke.. this shop normally not much customers and the shop also quite dark inside, its like a black shop.. lol.. i think in ss15 has 2 more better ICE shop.. just curious how you will rush until get into this shop..

Hopefully your organisation can re-look into this 'immunity' issue to bring confidence back to your potential customers.

I saw this shop but don't feel good. Went rounding for a while can't find another one thus settled on this one. Yes I agree that Soon Heng's shop is very dark like a 'black' shop.

Erm nothing really bad about this shop la...but Union Audio at Miri, Sarawak does very bad installation. My fuse was always loose, cables were everywhere, and the way they tune my amp was horrible. plus they use some techno crap for testing...wut the hell? i said that i want to use my own CD but they still insisted (they stil let me use my CD later ofcourse) to use their techno CD +_+

but they do have good prices for alpine products and never hesitate to help me out when i have any other problems la, most of the time, FOC.

Another ICE shop i'd urge you to avoid in Kuching is AutoSeries. heard too much cases how bad they do their work. once I wanted to compare these two coaxial sets...so they connected them to a freakin mini hifi.

may i know where is this AutoSeries located?

One have to realise many and i know many customers are satisfied with Automotive Genesis. That including me. Of coz we cant deny things will happen when ppl are in the business that deals with people. But please dont blow something out of proportion. Things have happen and they settle the case fair and square.

Sorry to hear that bro. btw i nearly go in to remove my ICE in that shop too. hahah coz my car gonna sell in rush. but i called my frd asking. he asked me to go the shop behind that road.. which nearby 1 restaurant called "kuai shan 2" muahahha.. no wonder i always pass thru the shop and there is no one inside the shop. no customer also. hahaha.. NOOB SHOP "soon heng" ! hahahahaha...!

they purposely make a mistake base on wat u install from ther..eg.wiring..+ &- purposely terbalik put..then they noe u wil com back n look for them again...after tat.. they wil say the speaker not enuf power n blar blar blar... ask u install a AMP... then otherz... luckily i went to another shop.. the shop d boss told me the wiring got prob.. swap the +&- postition... then i nv went ML anymore.... after 2 yrs later.. i meet back those staff who resigned from ML.. n they told me tis...

Is this just a 1 off forummer experience/flaming or have others here also to comment this particular shop? My opinion is the above practise by these ppl are totally irresponsible & un-acceptable.

We used to hire an ex-staff from them as senior installer.. story cut short.. fired in 3 months.

all speakers out of phase....best part....power cable to amp is only 10gauge.....& d bestest of all.....for best cabling look
speaker cables, rca and power cables must run parallel one!

this kind of installer too good for my lousy system lar....
