Try not to jump into a conclusion so easily. After all the new member involves in the issue loose nothing but his face to his friend.

We get such complaint once a blue moon and it's very normal. There could be many reasons for such misunderstanding but we always try not to blame anyone especially the customer. As a business entity we accept the fact that we have to take all the blame.

Lastly, after an indeep investigation involving all parties, we decided to appologize to somebody2507 not for his uneasy experience, but for wasting his time in our outlet and in the forum.

Are we "qualified" to be listed in this hall of f(sh)ame? Up to you. This is not the first time a small issue is magnified by a first or third party. We are almost immune to it.

We used to hire an ex-staff from them as senior installer.. story cut short.. fired in 3 months.

I guess, unfortunately, AG will be in the list of one of the "ice shop" to avoid due to THIS reason.
