If you like it, don't forget to shell out $1 to support them. Initially the EP was priced at $4, but they drop the price few months later.Music Metal! V2, LYN Headbanger's Lounge

Anybody know this band? Experimental metal band from France. I like the music, groovy and weird, but i don't like metalcore style vocal. |

QUOTE(scorps @ Nov 21 2011, 02:03 PM) Judas Priest is one metal band that constantly changes their style over the decades. Painkiller is their only true foray into thrash metal. Gotta respect how they redefined metal with their twin lead guitar attacks and headbang-inducing riffs back in the 70s |

wasn't it Judas Priest that had that infamous court case long time ago, where allegedly someone committed suicide after listening to their songs?

QUOTE(scorps @ Nov 24 2011, 12:48 AM) bro, any review about Megadeth - Thirteen ? overall review maybe? I don't know how to write long review but what can i tell is the album is solid overall, 7/10 from me. But don't except too much mind blowing guitar-solo, fast thrashy song. Because 13 is much more similar to Countdown to Extinction. For me, Dave Mustaine finally can write catchy song, and have sing-along chorus. For the past 3 albums, none were catchy because Mustaine tend to write long verse and chorus. I consider those re-worked songs as filler; Black Swan, Millennium of the Blind and New World Order. The reason are, the arrangement and solos not much different than the original version. I'm sure it's cakewalk for them to record these 3 songs. Black Swan and New World Order, the original version sound much better to me.Added on November 24, 2011, 12:49 am i dont know about their early stuff .. |

QUOTE(matyrze @ Nov 11 2011, 07:53 PM) No Nightwish fans here? Have been eagerly waiting Nightwish new album, and after hearing the Storytime teaser, I just couldn't wait anymore. So now they've released the full version.... ...and my reaction is like Well, it is a nice song, but honestly it comes short of my rather high expectation (my personal opinion btw Hopefully it will the same case like DPP. Amaranth as a just-nice-but-nothing-so-great single, but once the full album was out, they releasehd The Poet and The Pendulum. |
