Sadly, that isn't the case. You have to get your own Blue-ray dics/movies; Malaysia's selling them at a higher price compare to Australia, supply and demand thing you know.

imo it's not really worth it...

1920x1080 on 16" makes the font size really damn small if u ask me...

and besides, Full HD monitor is really dirt cheap nowadays...

1366x768 is just nice for the screen~

just wanna share my experience on dell's customer service.

a dell technician just came to fix my laptop's faulty touch media buttons...
turns out he had to replace the whole upper piece of the laptop..
however, the backlit keyboard and the vista & intel stickers were not replaced..

what's good is that those stickers are now no longer there...haha

thumbs up to dell for their excellent service and skilled technician!

a noob technician spoils ur sticker ?? for sure changing media touch buttons sure change the whole part bcoz the design like that ~ lol

You sure do have a love/hate relationship with Dell. Strange after all the hub bub, you would still consider Dell as an option.

That aside, if it's possible, just go with the highest res available on the 16", you will not regret it. If the font are too small, it is easily solved with a change in the DPI settings. Movies and stuff looks superb with a full HD res, a 768p res would not do the monitor justice.

bcoz i comparing the spect due to SXPS 16 hving a more powerful GC on it.
Even ASUS & else can not make it on M'sia.

Hp just hving a nice design not the spect .... Overprice for me. I think they hving some problem with teh Dv series still unsolved & bad technican!! Dell hving a better technican which seldom scratches ur laptop, if they do sure replace it for free ^^ Just they hving defect or bad factory quality control or M'sia problem or they worker problem ?? the difference between walk in store is the ram and the bag.. walk in store with rm4199 give u free bag whereas on9 give u free upgrade to 4gb


The weird thing is..... the promoter said if wana change to 4gb ram from 3gb , need to add rm2XX ler.. but after i do some research in garage sales, the ddr3 ram is 1066 mhz instead of 1067 wor.. hmmm

hrm, i've called dell the other day when i was enquiring for my unit..
apparently the salesperson said that the GC will not be available in malaysia...(at least for now)
so, keep your fingers crossed to those still waiting..

xps 13 doesn't worth... heat problem was the prior issue. sigh, 4670 and 3670 was a big big different... 2xxx 3D Mark 06 difference. DAMN!
