I'm kinda dissapointed with my SXPS 16's build quality. It's not that solid although it's grouped as "PREMIUM"... I just bought it less than a month, the palmrest come out. And the side (?where the round "XPS" light is) cover come out too. Sigh. What can I do? I bought it from a retailer.

Call dell coem to replace it ^^
bcoz every Dell notebook come with 1 year complete cover ^^
Dell notebook must buy 3 year complete cover while purchasing the notebook. After purchase just upgrade warranty will suck ur blood ~

i ordered my laptop last saturday which is 13 june

so today i checked my order

Your Order has been Received, An estimated delivery date for this order will be available on this site 2 - 3 days after the order has been received.

the delivery status now is order received

so about how long will i get my laptop? hope it's not 2 more weeks because i will be starting my college on 29 june

I normally wouldn't trust retailers, I prefer purchasing it from Dell online. Fingers cross, mine is still in good condition.

agreed i bought from dell online , never trust retailer. I'm still happy with the 'no middle man' kinda thing mine so far so good
