I normally wouldn't trust retailers, I prefer purchasing it from Dell online. Fingers cross, mine is still in good condition.

For me, the notebook arrived exactly on the estimated date; unless the notebook is currently on high demand or components ran out of stock (or any unforeseen delays), it shouldn't take longer than the estimated date.
