To hold the ceiling, nope. But some section will have a bigger truss which can support. That provide if the location of the truss match the position you want.

If you have access to your roof, is not hard to install yourself (If you are a DIY person)

Lighting can use small wood. Is very light.

If you talk about "Top Ten", and the surrounding shop is not very competitive for fans. Light yes, but mostly are cheapo quality. Unless you buying like 100s of fans. Saving maybe few ringgit.

I got most of my fans in Legend ss2. At first, Legend sales person told me go over to Top Ten and the other light shop around the same role, he say much cheaper. When i go over, price are few ringgit cheaper, and maybe RM 5 if you use cash. Than I waited like 15 mins for people to served me.. everyone are so busy and service so lousy.

End up, I go back SS2 Legend buy, and total is only RM 5 difference. Not worth the agony and lousy service in Top Ten. Unless you stay nearby.

Both come from the same factory, quality is same. Look depend on the color you need.

All parts are from same line lah, maybe the casing are not. Is not efficient to have so many production line for motor, bracket, electrical component right? Unless they produce millions per line.

What difference will be color, marketing, and after sales service.

What is the model for #1?

What model of kdk you using? I am using panasonic (twin brother of kdk) is not noisy, wobble yes and really pain in the azz the solve the wobble. Fan noise maybe due to small area or wind kick back.

Look like Panasonic Nami, that I have. But without Temp sensor.

For mine, installing is pain in the azz. All wobble got to call Panasonic came few time, replace few set and finally fix, it still wobble a bit If i switch to highest speed.

Top 10 only offer few ringgit difference compare to Legend.

Wong Lighting is slightly more expensive, but if you buy all the light there and only get few fan than get from Wong Lighting is ok, don't have to travel, parking, and time on other place.

When I brought my lighting @ Wong Lighting, I want 7 fans from them, but the sales lady told me one or two she will sell, but since I need 7 ask me go other place which is cheaper

7.9ft, put ceiling fan very dangerous.

Baby fan take about 10" to 12", so you have clearance of 6.9 feet. Stretch your hand, possible fingers can chop off.

If watch TV exciter and jump up.. Head can chop off.

Chopping is on the extreme . But it sure can cause fingers fracture when you switch on the highest speed. Especially when the blade is made of metal.

Advice already given, if still prefer to put ceiling fan than have to be careful.

I think the down light is facing downward / vertical. That type of down light need 6" to 9"

Even without that, think your ceiling is low. maybe 9'? My house without plaster ceiling 9' 8" think still consider low. So I got to use l box, make center higher (about 9') to put a fan.

Is that a promo item? If not at that price I went expect much.

Think that mode is natural breeze, making random wind speed. My have this, but speed change don't have any sound. Except the other model when I switch from 3to 2, or to lower speed. Will have klung

Wind being wind is not going to give cooler, you just get stronger air flow, it just help dissipate the heat. If you have mist + air flow, it wool help cool down your room.
Fan are measure by cfm check the cfm rating.

Your fan need balance.

Panasonic and KDK come from the same factory and same mechanical design.

I don't agreed, I have many Panasonic remote control fans, is strong and reliable, my mother Howe remote control fan been running closer to 7 years if I recall. Still going strong. Only problem I initially gaff is wobble, but this have been fix by Panasonic, they can replace all my 3 new fans. And asking the others.
