Well, another way you can try is to find a job with some company. They will train will until you obtain the licence, then you are a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer(LAME).Though, its not a degree... its just a license. But, the thing you learn will be quite equivalent to degree level... the training itself takes around 4 years to 5 years if not mistaken. |

QUOTE(yakumo626 @ Nov 11 2008, 12:39 PM) hi, im new here. i wan to ask tat nothingham got foundation?is it hard?If I take commerce degree at nothingham mas, can itransfer to uk in 3rd year? like 2+1? n how bout school life at there? Hello, yes there r actually 3 types of foundation programmes: Foundation in Business and Management, Foundation in Computer Science and Foundation in Engineering. I'm not sure whether it's hard bcoz I'm from A level. The Malaysia campus offers the opportunity for undergrads to spend up to 2 semesters in UK (B. Eng/M. Eng), but for business courses I think you can go there for 1 semester.Notice that the price for mixed rice upstairs (Cat Eyes) has decreased? Before the arrival of the new caterers, rice+veg+chicken = RM5. After the arrival, I got it for RM3.50. But I guess we should still give business to them(Cat Eyes) as they will be competition to the new caterers. And therefore they will help to control each others pricing, which is good for us students. And btw, is it true that the new section of the SA (still under construction) will be made into a bar??
