come on la, u never try , never know....now Lau is helping me ask developer about this...if more buyers sent email to Lau, sure he will take it serious...u guys gt time write compaint in low yat forum, why not just drop a email to Lau, and see what can he help.......not need doubt he can help or not..first u have to try let him knw wht the problem 1st.....

I think at this moment, not need call developer ask them when can handiver key, they sure wil say, next month, asap....then next month nothing happen....just use those political power to pressure them....now is almost time for election, sure the DAP politicians wil be very helpful to the voters....not need listen to wht vannesa say....let the DAP politicians called some media and ask the vannesaa to commit to public..

Reply from the developer regaridng my complaint about the funny flashing light on top of block D.


Hi,


The blinking lights up there is just a tester, we will revert back to 1 single light once Block D's CF is out. Currently awaiting approval letter from Bomba and Syabas as we are still rushing them. Sorry for the inconveniences..

so the move is good, complaint to politician can make them feel pressure and they will fasten up the process....all buyers please continue the war...

by the way, last 2 days pass by there, saw lots of workers working around at clubhouse area....let give them pressure gao gao and let them full speed to complete the work that suppose to complete last year..

If like this, why only happen to Park 51...

the zest@ puchong, zen@ puchong, titiwangsa sentral@kl, ....

all already gt key recently..why all of them can be approved...

wht i can see is...park 51 is very slow progress...all other same project which launch at almost same previod mostly oledy complete and handover the key...

park 51...i only saw block d...not even complete the clubhouse n swimming pool facility...wht kind of slow progress...just hentam gao gao the developer ask for compensation...

well, thats a good news..at least i plan to sell my 1288sqf unit with 2 carparks at 480k...so i should increase my target again...maybe 550k..

Really can up to 500k upon completion?
Quite surprise if gt ppl wan to take it, 500k above u might able to get some old freehold condo at sentul or mont kiara........but i will be very happy if park 51 can up to 500k upon completion....,

i worry the developer just apply the temporary CF for this condo...same case like villa makmur condo at dutamas, completed 2008 but developer only apply temporary CF, now the CF expire, any seller or buyer having issue to sell or buy the units due to CF expire and developer since like dun care at all...so this might happne to park 51...

1288sqf is only can found at block A,B and C......Last time i bought at 330k with 2 carparks..midfloorface subang view...if upon completion price can up to 550k then would be very good...in fact, right now the similiar size unit at kelana jaya condo such at kelana mahkota and sterling oledy selling above 500k...

quite regret invest in this...i should invest in the the zest@kinrara...same time period launch as park 51...now ppl oledy gt CF and gt the key...purchase at only 200psf with freehold and 2 carparks, gt future LRT...now buyer oledy can sell at 400psf..and gt the profit oledy.........fxxk this taipan park 51...

Today just went to see the site. Cant imaging how they hand over the unit to us. The main entrance not yet ready...Dont know how to describe...

Even take the key from them, how to enter ? anybody free can go there and view...i try to shoot them in their fb but i have been blocked for 30 days.lol

Hi,


CF should be out this month. All inspections are finally done and just awaiting official letter from our local authorities. Block A, B and C will be ready next year and Clubhouse in 2 to 3 months time. Clubhouse is a seperate entity from Residency and thus does not affect the handover time. Sorry for all the inconveniences and the waiting. We will be sending out mails soon for collection of keys date. Thanks...
