Yes, the clubhouse is seperate from residency and as you said, residence will also have free access to the facilities. Seperate from residency means that residence do not have to pay for it's maintenance. And the facilities between clubhouse and Block D will be ready. As for the swimming pool side, it won't be ready so early as safety concern when building of Block C is still on-going. By the way, both the park and the swimming pool are all under clubhouse as the residence only pays maintenance for it's building and it's common area. I am sure it is not because of the new place that the delay take 3yrs. I would think everyone knows, to relocate a temple it's not just pack and go, but lots more example choosing the perfect date, time, prayers for many days etc... there are more to this & only Taipan knows.

Anyway, a delay is a delay and Taipan is responsible.

Why they didn;t launch the block C first but block D 3 years ago? Why? Anybody can answer? Without a complete and strategy plan has caused all problem occur.

5) All are bullshit. The fact is they really delay whole project progress. The club house can be done within 2 months? I just visited there last 2 weeks and this evening. Nothing different!!

6) May be, some buyers feels the main is get the key. I agreed. But will you feel comfortable after you move in a Condo but without swimming pool? Look surround. All under construction. How you feel? Want to gym or relax. Sorry. Not available at the moment.  Compare to your others friend who  stay in condo, did they facing such problem? Feel shame to taipan focus. Now she launch another project call as Plaza Sentral. If this issue explore i dont think got buyer interest to  invest it.

7) Now i know different level developer different stroy. See SP Setia, Gamuda, Mah Sing, PJD and etc...Why i choose Taipan that time? I should take PJD condo which at Sri Petaling and Subang Summit 3 years ago !!

i also aware about that this when purchase...the clubhouse and swimming pool, the developer will run it like business, means they will make the clubhouse looks more grand compare to other normal gym facility in other condo...but dun expect the progress is so damn slow..

yea u r rite..but i belive this developer sure will complete the whole development the latest by 2014....lack of experience to build condo, and maybe they dun wan to rush and give the bad quality...for sure u wont get any new property at PJ with less than 400 psf...

Not only this developer use cement brick, some wellknown developer like YTL also use cement brick for the midfield condo project, and actually in the broucher and snp also state that use cement brick, no point to argue this cement brick issue now...u can chose not to purchase when u see the brochure and spa....

Have a look on clubhouse status yesterday, definetely still needs lot of time to complete, at least another half year based on this developer slow progress..

any block D buyers whose SPA is already more than 3 months and started to pay monthly installment?

Yabecoz of this late handover of block d then become blacklisted, not avery big deal as u can see lot of wellknown developer also in the list like putrajaya sdn bhd, mayland.....as long as after than completed the project n handover key and gt cf, then will take out frm the list......let'shope taipan can solve the issue asap...

yes that the strong neighbour spirit....i think the Syabas problem is not very huge problem, definetely can be solved...just the matter of time.......but i belive by end of this year sure can get CF for this block D...so next time for other blocks, the process should be faster...and most important taipan need complete clubhouse and make it useable asap...

ya so have to push the developer, push DAP, push syabas...i also wish can get CF for block D mid of year...then clubhouse and swimming pool complete end of year..then block A and B all complete end of year...but really doubt on that
