Do residents have free entry to the clubhse ?
The membership fees go to developer, not maintenance fund ?

doomdoom, hope you can let us know where is this new temple, i would like to offer some prayers? when was the new location approved? what causes this delay?

I am sure it is not because of the new place that the delay take 3yrs. I would think everyone knows, to relocate a temple it's not just pack and go, but lots more example choosing the perfect date, time, prayers for many days etc... there are more to this & only Taipan knows.

Anyway, a delay is a delay and Taipan is responsible.

I am just curious regarding the CF & like to know more. I just read thru' the SPA & the Approved Building Ref. No. = MBPJ/120100/T/P10/714/2007. I've ask around and my developer's friend told me this will be the scope/coverage for the building CF issuance (whether it covers the clubhouse or not).

Are you able to find out about this?

Dear all block D buyers

I think most of us been cheat by Taipan during purchased this Flat. We thought all condo will come with private swimming pool ( to all residents in Park 51 only ) and can be used once we move in. This is the first time i heard Condo swimming pool open for public and only can be ready after block C completed few year later. Anybody been told by Taipan swimming pool will be seperate and might be delay  3 years ago before you purchase? Did taipan explain clearly that time? No right?

2) I start doubt why swimming pool just besides block c and never plan properly before they launch and plan whole project?

3) Open to public mean this Park 51 condo never attached with swimming pool to condo residents under Taipan plan which compare to others condo project. It is just a high class flat compare to myhome low cost flat!! Is it safe? How about the security level? Everybody can come in and out from our Condo while enter to clubhouse. Do our lift come with smart card? No right? That's it. Good luck to everybody.

4) Now the developer strongly mention due to safety reason thats why swimming pool can not open yet. Why they allocate it beside the block C? Why they didn;t launch the block C first but block D 3 years ago? Why? Anybody can answer? Without a complete and strategy plan has caused all problem occur.

5) All are bullshit. The fact is they really delay whole project progress. The club house can be done within 2 months? I just visited there last 2 weeks and this evening. Nothing different!!

6) May be, some buyers feels the main is get the key. I agreed. But will you feel comfortable after you move in a Condo but without swimming pool? Look surround. All under construction. How you feel? Want to gym or relax. Sorry. Not available at the moment.  Compare to your others friend who  stay in condo, did they facing such problem? Feel shame to taipan focus. Now she launch another project call as Plaza Sentral. If this issue explore i dont think got buyer interest to  invest it.

7) Now i know different level developer different stroy. See SP Setia, Gamuda, Mah Sing, PJD and etc...Why i choose Taipan that time? I should take PJD condo which at Sri Petaling and Subang Summit 3 years ago !!

as for me....i dont really care whether the swimming pool is belong to who....
btw....you cant get any unit with 300psf in PJ nowadays....

Sorry guys, i think all of you will disappointment on this moment. Regrading from Simon, on the following three week, we cant get the key because Taipan still not yet receive any letter or document from Syabas. If possible, next week really can get the letter, and Taipan need two week to prepare the key and maintenance fees we should pay(Why they cant calculate now and make the progress become more faster. Answer from Simon is, we cant do that and everything need to wait Syabas ). So mean, he predict will handover to us on end of may.

WTF. DELAY AGAIN.

COUNT ME IN TOO. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DEVELOPER...SO MANY PLANS HAVE TO BE ON HOLD BECAUSE OF THE DELAY. FYI...Block A, B & C purchasers..the brick walls of the house are made of cement brick, pay so much cannot get good quality bricks...look at the other developers they use cement brick for low cost flats only...sigh....

As i said, they wont deliver the parcel to us beg May. I m doubt deliver by end May as well. From their response, Taipan really not a responsible developer. Lets us keep pressing or go to Taipan office together...

Maybe they delay to handover the project and become Projek Sakit.

Just call Sales Gallery, they still not yet received CF and again plan to handover the key end of this month. WAIT!!!!!!

They promise will settle(CF + Key) all the thing by end of this month or middle of the month.

7 months from now is a very looooong time for some of us.....do remember, it's a lot of money to maintain 2 places for which we have no guarantee that we will receive the proper quantum in compensation!
