Since like this project attract different levels of tenant....how the rental there with 1143 sqf unit? Can hit 1.8k for partly fuurnish unit?

seems like this developer is not too bad after all, still will add in extra feature to make the things better...look at the progress, the developer is sppeding up, the blck A and block B is on painting now......estimate mid of 2013 can handover... tongue.gif

Means ur 1143sqf unit subsale trancs at 450k whcih is RM 390psf....wow...easilly hit 450psf onc the whole project complete, seems like PJ property in high demand ya....after all, with a developer price at less than 250psf, not a bad investment at all eventhough so many negative comments on thsi project when launch....... tongue.gif

This guy refinance the unit again lo.lets say original price is 250k, he borrow 250k frm bank..now the unit market value is 350k, so he borrow again frm bank with current market value, so he borrow another 100k frm bank la...at the end, still have to pay..but he use it to renovate the house o...if i was him, use the 100k to buy another low cost flat to rent out can get positive cash flow to invest la...better for me...waste money to renovate house somemore borrow frm bank...aduh..it's a pain for me...

yup the corridor is really very nice design, good ventilation and good exposure with natural light, hardly see this kind of wide and spacious corridor with decent tiles in mid end condo, (10 ft wide, normally only around 6-8 ft wide for common mid end condo corridor, dun compare to those high end condo la...)

My defect yet done . Once done will start renovate and try to move before CNY. I heard from maintanance house said abouty 50 unit already move in. Anybody at 6th floor ald move in ???

50 units out for 256 units move in oledy..means around 20% occupancy rate, not too bad for a newly completed condo
