i heard some onwer metion received letter from subang parade regarding the maintenace fee...seems like developer finally appoint some property management company to take care of the condo management and maintenance....any owner know which management company the developer appointed?
i think it's good news because for sure outside property management company will take good care instead of let developer who don;t have much experience in take care of condo... |
