350-375k most probably only can get 1 bedroom unit...this project have strong demand in rental market...rental easily up to 1.4k for 3 bedroom basic unit...it's about 6% yield based on original purchase price...1st hand buyer wont let go in low price since rental yield so attractive..

i heard some onwer metion received letter from subang parade regarding the maintenace fee...seems like developer finally appoint some property management company to take care of the condo management and maintenance....any owner know which management company the developer appointed?

i think it's good news because for sure outside property management company will take good care instead of let developer who don;t have much experience in take care of condo...

but it' weird car park also include in maintenance fee charge...

i think all block D owners should united and vote own residents to become JMB, then can revise this kind of weird rule set by developer....

i don't think got ther condo management will charge you maintenance for car park...developer is ridiculous, but not difficult to solve this problem...vote more owners to become the JMB..JMB has the right to set the rules and also maintenance fee..

eventhough cant form JMB at this moment, buyers can form residents group and chose a leader to lead, then together whenever need to feedback to management for any improvement need to be do....need take proactive action, need to protect and make sure management do the right thing to maintain property value....Live in condo is like live in community, we need to be more proactive and united to make sure property become better n better

that's the time residents need to gather to voice out this...there is a facebook form byt he residents there quite proactive, they already form the committee oledy,.suggest you all join it and talk about the issue to improve at there...very glad to see got lots of residents take initiative to fomr the group...for sure the condo management will become better....

Ya dont mention it, now is the time for resident to get united....this is good condo at good location...just need the right gorup to do the right thing in management, then the problems can be resolved.....make sure majority of residents need participate actively on condo management problem...for sure things will get bettter
