parking is such a prob here.... i really hope to see some improvements.. they cant expect a unit to only have two cars.. what bout those with families? sigh. i see many empty parking lot spaces and yet the management is not willing to rent them out. its so frustrating la..

There's many parking spot is because owners like us haven't move into the condo to stay yet, still in the midst of subsale process or renovation. I believe that many of the parking spot already allocate to the rightful owners of each unit. Well, parking is the common issue everywhere unless you pay for those going at RM800+ per sf condos, then perhaps you get 3 parking space for each unit.

Not allowed at present by Taipan to install individual dish. Need to either upgrade for the apartment or get the rules to change to allow for individual dish installation.

Hmm somehow notice some individual dish there. Have the owner who took the window out and build the wall revert the changes?
The entrance into Block A and B is really bad, with lots of cars & lorries parking right in the middle.

Anyone from Block D can confirm on Unifi service. Is unifi connected via Fiber Optics (FTTH) or Copper cable (VSDL2)? I understand from a unifi guy that Block D is using Fiber and will implement it for Block A & B as well. Is that true?
Also JMB for Block D is the same as Block A & B?
