I'm interested in purchasing a unit, contact me if you're the owner.
Sorry no agents please, I've had enough of bad encounters.

My budget: 400-500k
Preference: 5th Floor and above
Sf: Either 1070sf or above
Understand that VP just being issued not too long ago, understand if most of the units are bare empty units. Thanks !

PM me please, thanks.

What is the selling price for 1143 and 1288 units?
*
I'm a buyer la, not agent or seller.
I'm asking if any owner is letting go their unit without going through agent and save some commission fee...

parking is such a prob here.... i really hope to see some improvements.. they cant expect a unit to only have two cars.. what bout those with families? sigh. i see many empty parking lot spaces and yet the management is not willing to rent them out. its so frustrating la..

There's many parking spot is because owners like us haven't move into the condo to stay yet, still in the midst of subsale process or renovation.
I believe that many of the parking spot already allocate to the rightful owners of each unit. Well, parking is the common issue everywhere unless you pay for those going at RM800+ per sf condos, then perhaps you get 3 parking space for each unit.

sorry about ur parking issue......but when u purchase the unit, arent u aware that they only provide u 2 parking lots? seem like a lot ppl complaining bout parking issue in condominium but everyone know that condominium/apartment/high rise building only provided limited parking space only.
i suggest u to consider landed property if you want more parking.......

Agreed. Allocated parking is clearly stated in the S&P agreement.

Would like to ask what's the procedure of applying for TNB? Do I go straight to TNB or there's assigned contractors here to install the meter? Previous owner didn't installed, guess that didn't even enter the place before and I purchase through subsale...

I've given a terrible parking in between or Block A & B, there's a super big piping system behind my parking, on the floor and the car can't be fully reverse into the parking spot. How la, when you drive a pick-up truck? Half of the head jutting out and with all the construction lorries passing by now.. Management didn't think through when they allocate parkings??

I have a unit at Park 51 Residency for SALE

* Block D
* Built-up: 1143sf
* 3+1 rooms, 2 bathrooms
* Subang view
* 1 Covered Car Park
* Renovated and fully furnish unit
* Price: RM610k

Interested please PM me.
*
Block D, 610k ? The price is way too steep even fully furnished.
Good luck with the owner finding a buyer. Block A & B might be able to fetch a better price compared to D. Empty units are only going at 520k max? For 100k, I can do wonders with my house reno biggrin.gif
Just my 2cents.

Sorry I don't stay there now, only go there when my contractor comes in.
Block B, level 10. The unit opposite the one who extended their front grille. either B10-05 or 10-07

Normally they rent out the whole house

Hi there, anyone of you happened to have or bought the Guocera kitchen wall tiles code J267B? If you have extra please spare me some and I will pay you back the cost.

I went to Guocera today to order some but they want to charge me RM100 for transportation to ship from their Johor warehouse to here. I was shocked and Feruni did not practice such things at all. I believe they have shipments coming up from the factory everyday, why must impose RM100 for transportation charges for those minimum orders? Such a bad experience with them, I will never buy Guocera tiles anymore, I'd rather go back to Feruni and pay a premium price.
